Yes. Rooms are available to companies by reservation; contact us and we will coordinate availability and setup for your event.

In the El Rosal financial district, diagonally across from the Marriott Hotel, at Torre SimpleTV, with direct access to Chacao’s public transport.
What if the power fails during the event?
The tower has uninterrupted generator power and an independent 24/7 water system, so the session continues even if public utilities fail.
Is there parking for attendees?
Yes. Spaces in the tower with two complimentary hours for guests, and a partner car park for larger needs.
What setups are available?
Depending on the room and event: boardroom, U-shape, classroom, theater or cocktail. The Conference Room seats up to 30 people in theater format.
What about power and internet?
Continuity is guaranteed. The rooms run on backup power, UPS and dual fiber, so your meeting or event is not interrupted even when public services fail.
Is catering and coffee break included?
We offer a coffee station and gastro bar, and coordinate catering for your event through our partners, with professional on-site assistance.

What is not added later
Power, water, HVAC, internet, security, cleaning and reception are inside the same monthly payment. There are no setup fees and no furniture to buy.
The corporate membership starts at six months; private offices at twelve.
