The amphitheater or auditorium seats up to 150 people. There are also conference and meeting rooms from 4 to 25 people.
Are the spaces for social events?
No. They are corporate spaces: conferences, training, press events, board meetings and productions. We do not host social events.

Every proposal is built around the space your team actually needs, so a catalogue rate would tell you nothing useful. This is what moves the number — and what is already inside it.
What determines the price
- The room and the capacity you need
- The setup: boardroom, classroom, theater, u-shape or cocktail
- The length of the session and the date
- Support services: coffee break, catering or recording
What is not added later
Power, water, HVAC, internet, security, cleaning and reception are inside the same monthly payment. There are no setup fees and no furniture to buy.
Agreements start at twelve months, with preferential terms on longer commitments.
